  • What are the unacceptable materials for putting in the dumpster?

  • Can I fill over the top of the dumpster?

    No, you can't go above the top of the dumpster. See our overfill examples.

  • What does the price include?

    The price includes a one-time delivery, and pick up for the selected dumpster size and the agreed upon disposal allowance plus fuel. All dumpsters will be emptied at a fully approved and licensed disposal or recycling facility.

  • Does someone have to be there when they deliver or remove my container?

    It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. You will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster if it has to be moved. For pick up, the customer should agree to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pick up day. If the dumpster is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick up charges.

  • Will I be billed for extra weight?

    Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted, you will be billed for the additional costs.

  • Will the dumpster damage my driveway?

    The trucks used for delivery, plus the weight of a full container can be very heavy. It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the dumpster is going to be placed with a 4' x 8' sheet(s) of plywood. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement site. We are not responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface.
